PS5 unable to withdraw trade offer

I have offered 25 chaos for a helm in trade market. I tried withdrawing the offer but am getting a message saying "the offer is in an invalid state for this action". Please fix or advise how to get my currency back.

Just log out and log back in.

When an offer is in that state, it has already been either accepted or rejected by the other party, but for some reason the game client is out of sync.

It happens occasionally.

When you log back in, you'll see the message and can then either retrieve the item (if accepted) or the offered currency (if rejected) from the trade menu.
