Only Applying 1 Curse with Anathema Ring

Hello. I am currently running into an issue with my Split Steel Trickster build. I am running Anathema as one of rings with Elemental Weakness and Conductivity socketed in my helm that triggers socketed spells when I focus. I also have Snipers Mark with Mark on Hit in my shield (Atziri's Reflection). My issue is that I am only applying one curse at a time and nothing else triggers and my Sniper's Mark setup is also not applying to bosses or rares. I have removed each curse individually and tried them one by one just to see if they work on their own. They apply but will not apply at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep that was the case. Mana issues.

bane lvl is another issues. Must be higher than others.
