Harvest Boss Phase Bug

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing something might be called as bug in harvest mechanic. I did damage to a harvest boss(yellow/vivid) enough to make it do its immune phase.

Here's the problem, it went to phasing when his invisible and it's not showing up again. This is the first time happened to me aside from the phasing problem I encounter most of the time (boss should go immune phase but still attacking non stop).
