unexpected connection error occurred

This error occurs almost every time, could there be some coercion, and this problem is not a connection or even a route. This error is in the game itself, is anyone else having this problem? or is it just me? Maybe you could fix it, as this almost always happens, causing us to lose important maps/portals.

" i have been getting "Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance" all day today after selling two items to two players earlier in the day. i have tried different gateways (japan, singapore and australia) but all have the same result. i am starting to think i have been shadow banned.
