A way to make T17 maps the best map content in the game for EVERYONE

I would change the way they are rolled making the effect of really hard features much greater, but allowing them to also be run as basic maps just with higher end mobs

So here would be my plan:

T17 maps have level 87 mobs. I am sure GGG already has a dial for this.

T17 maps can be scoured and run as white, blue or simple alch rare.

T17 maps have a pool of really hard modifiers like they do now. But change the way they work in this way.

Each T17 map can have 0-3 of these special modifiers but they are implicit to the map. These implicits greatly increase quantity, rarity, map quantity and scarab quantity.

0 Implicit T17 maps can be run white
1 implicit T17 maps can be run blue or above
2 implicit t17 maps can be yellow or above
3 Implicit T17 maps are drop only corrupted 8 attribute maps

Modifiers have implicit multipliers based on the level of the map. So the same mod say "player cursed with enfeeble" would juice a magic map more than a white map and a rare more than magic, etc...

The special modifiers CAN roll as non implicit modifers when modding a map but at a lower level and with less bonus to the map.

In this way T17 maps are accessible to all, from mid-geared players just graduating from T16 all the way up to some of the highest aspirational content in the game.

There's a good reason why they made them a rare only as they don't want players to just cheese run them as white or blue map.

Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
My setup accounts for that in them not being like current T17 maps until you get to Rare and the rewards also reflect that but is still a harder option than a T16 map.

If they continue to lock the 5th map slot behind t17 bosses, why not just let people cheese for the slot, then come back and do 8-mod corrupted t17s?
Even white T17 maps are still too hard to run by 99% players.

One of my char can do The Fear and some ubers, but still use 6 portals to run a T17 maps (with no damage mods).

I got oneshot by a kind of mobs 4 times, and I don't even know how they killed my char.

They should significantly reduce the gap between T16 and T17.

GGG simultaneously tried to buff T16 difficulty with %map explicit modifier effect, and introduce even more absurd map mods to T17. Either dial down the base map mods so you dont brick 95% of builds by having a completed atlas, or just delete T17 entirely.
