Performance issues with new MTX, causes FPS drop of 40 FPS or more

Hey Support,

I bought the new MTX Cauldron Map Device Decoration from the Zealot's Penance Supporter Pack

The problem: while im standing near it my FPS drop by 50 or more to 30 FPS, which is not enjoyable.

Specs: CPU - Ryzen 3 3700x
GPU - MSI Geforce RTX 2070
RAM - 32 GB

Game settings: 3840 x 2160 Resolution - Windowed Fullscreen
Renderer - DirectX12
Triple Buffering - Enabled
Engine Multithreading - Enabled
Shadow Quality - High
Sun Shadow Quality - Low
Water Detail Level - Low
Texture Filtering - 8x Anisotropic Filtering
Anitaliasing Quality - Low
(the rest is deafault)

This only happens when the Cauldron is bubbling(map portal is open), would be nice if there is an option to disable the bubbling.

The grahps are stable, MS goes up fromn 10 to 30, and FPS goes down by a lot
Memory at 3.3 GB
VRAM at 2.3 GB
GPU from 7 to 20 MS
Network 15 MS
