Crash When Loading Character

Hello guys, I see there's a lot of crashes in the forums here, just so you know, I can't load my into my characters, not even the standard league characters. I get as far as those two gears at the bottom of the screen, they stop spinning and the computer just locks up with no error codes, totally leaving me hanging and I have to restart the computer.

Can you please put the drinks aside and work on these crash issues? I would be oh so grateful, Just 2 days before the new exciting league and I want (need) this system working flawlessly, I'm taking a day off of work to get down with the Settlers ya know.

same issue here. cant access any character without game crashing

have you tried lowing you FPS Cap under 180 FPS?

Saw the suggestion in another thread, it did not help.

i had a similar situation i posted a little before. switch to vulkan and so far so good (been half an hour and its smooth sailing at 120fps)
