Does war banner work on bleed damage as well ?

war banner has "more physical damage with melee skills"
so if you're applying the bleed with a melee skill, it will work only hits can ignore monster physical damage reduction and it won't apply to bleeds. for more bleed damage on targets with physical damage reduction, you need things like poachers mark or crush | |

So long as it's melee phs attack yes. I double checked pob, zombies have the buff. Absolution sentinel has the buff for default attack but not casting absolution because not melee phs.
