USB Devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting

This happens only when PoE is launched (no other games cause this problem)

My USB mouse stutters heavily as does my audio setup which is connected via USB. I also get a sound notification that my USB dongle wireless gamepad was disconnected and reconnected repeatedly.

Please let me know if any further details would help

Have the same issue with my cable USB Mouse and Keyboard.
Both work fine as long POE is not launched. Tested on my work laptop without issue as well.

My findings regarding the behaviour so far:

Usually starts with repeated connect/disconnectes of the USB devices.
After some time the "stutter" begins. Some keystrokes/clicks go missing, some are performed as if i would keep the button pressed.

"eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" this is the typical lenght of one freeze.

It stops immediatly after closing PoE

I have this issue as well. Started happening sometime during 3.24. Beginning of the league I had no issues, then I stopped playing for a couple of months and when I logged in in the last week I noticed these issues. Cursor stops moving, audio stutters, keyboard either holds a button or completely stops working until I unplug it and plug it back in.

PC Spec:

Ryzen 7 3700X
64GB RAM
X570 Aorus Elite
RX6900 XT

PoE Settings:
I've tested this thoroughly and not a single setting helped. Tried Vulcan, DX11 and DX12, DX12 is the least problematic (still pretty much unplayable).

Turning Triple Buffering off seemed to make it worse.

Flares up the most when opening any sort of menu, passive tree, speaking to NPCs etc.

I've tried lots of suggested fixes with cache clearing, reinstalling etc. I've even had the machine formatted recently so tested on a fresh build and it still happens.

Hoping to get some help here because I miss playing this game, and it's painful in the current state

I tinkered with my system and seem to have fixed it (at least for the moment), but i would not guarantee that this would work for other players.

PC Spec:

Ryzen 7 3700X
32GB RAM
X570 Board
RTX3070 ti

My steps:
1. Manually uninstalling the Mouse, Keyboard and USB Hub from the device manager(mind the correct order, or you are without mouse to uninstall the rest)
2. Unpluging and pluging them all back in, so that windows can reinstall clean drivers for them all
3. Changing PoE to Vulcan

After runing the game with Vulcan for some time, i switched back to DirectX 12 and so far the reconnects for the USB devices seem not to reappear.

Side notes:
- I observed that PoE sometimes starts to lag/freeze/kill my drivers when i have a video open in the browser (youtube/netflix....). Closing all browsers/video programms seem to help after i restart PoE
- Changing the USB Ports for the devices seem to help sometime

In prior seasons PoE produced a ton of read/write errors on my hard drive, but only while the game was running (not in the login-screen). This also led to game/windows freezes and PC crashes.

As this only happens in PoE and only while the game is actually rendered, I would assume that there is some strange interaction between implemented graphics engine and windows.

Sadly it's hard to investigage any further without proper log files. Does anybody know if i can access the proper technical log files somehow?
