Game won't render start screen after server restart

Game opened fine right before queue was up, but now I just get a complete graphics glitch.

The game displays fine *in the background* but not when it's in the forground. Attempting to click login seems to just open a new tab in my web browser to https://www.pathofexile.com/settlers

It seems to be related to windowed fullscreen and monitor selection. Cycling my external monitor seems to have fixed the display?
