Can't create character nor load onto existing one

As soon as I click a character in character creation the game instantly closes. Same happens when I try to load onto an existing character.

One out of ten times I get "Failed to join any instances" and can't reconnect.

I'm on M2 Pro Mac :/

got as far as creating a new character but either crashes or says failed to join the instance after that, have tried both new character and standard league

I tried on a second mac aswell and it also seems to not run at all. Last time the game wasn't working on Apple Silicon it took a day to fix. Let's hope this time's different.

Same problem here.

I'm a Windows 11 user. I use PoE Launcher.

After I entered the character name and pressed play, loading screen stops and game doesn't response.

I tried several times also tried deleting the new created character and creat all over again but the game still crashes.

It happens when I select the existed characters (in a standart league) also.



Edit: I'v lowered some quality and changed to DirectX12. All working fine now.
