Any good spin to win builds?

I don't expect to get S tier lol but hopefuly one of you can make my day with A tier build at least. I'm noob. I played POE before but I hardly remember anything. Please help me my dear community!

Actually at min/max looks pretty darn strong. Likely won't be doing any decent bossing or t17s though.

Cyclone is HORRRRRRRRRIBLE this league, dont do it. Worst iteration ive ever played of it - melee league right? lol, its getting truly laughable.

It really doesn't matter, if you're new this just isn't a game for anyone that hasn't been here for a while and knows the ins and outs to make a build or know how to work around the BS Community that takes advantage of the newer players inability or lack of knowledge to do anything about it.

It's the same wall every time I try to give this game another chance. Can't make currency because as even a NEWish player I have to BUY gear, but you can't buy gear without currency. Further more, this game is so toxic that people snipe (all streamer PoBs really) moreso builds targeted to be cheap and easy for newer players to dip into their chance to learn the game, then they Mark up the prices of otherwise would be mundane items to prices us as a newb will NEVER be able to afford.

And before someone says some dumbass remark about how you can beat the atlas with all Rare items. Yeah YOU can, but I'm talking about us noobs who are COMPLETELY at the mercy of these PoBs. A PoB posted 3 days ago is already 1000% markup...
