[Bug] No icon for available retaliation with crushing fist

I do not receive the icon over my character's head indicating that the retaliation is available to be used. I do receive the sound, and the icon colour changes. I cannot see the icon over other characters either, although my party member could see the icon over my head.

Edit with specs:
OS: Windows 7
GPU: GTX 570
Neither RAM nor VRAM are over 80% and there had been >10mins since the texture had first attempted to be used.
