CTD when alt tabbing

Almost every time I alt tab the game to get a look at my background video going on the game just disappears. Instead of minimizing, it just plain shuts down. Wtf is going on..

Now I also CTD'd when right clicking on a Scroll of Wisdom. Great. 3 CTDs in half an hour already.
