Game Crashing after trying to play a character

My game constantly crashes when trying to play duelist. I tried deleting the character and making a new one, same result, I checked the integrity of the files, reinstalled the game, but with no success. I tried making a marauder and with that class I can play, but not with a duelist

have the same issue but in my case i can't play with my marauder

experience the same problem 11 hours now from game launch still no fix while streamers are blasting maps already it seems like GGG wants those paid streamers to get a league start and not paying attention to casuals takes forever for them to fix it

try changing renderer to vulkan theres seems to have a problem with directx 11 that causes the game to crash
