No "Shadows + GI Quality" option

So my Geforce 3060 card has the option for Shadows + GI quality but my 4060 doesn't have it, can anyone explain why ?

Anyone knows why I cannot activate ultra options or why I do not have shadows + Gi quality option on 4060 but Nvidia Now on 3060 has it ?
