Can't change renderer (solved)

I formated my pc and made a clean install yesterday when the patch dropped. I couldn't change my renderer so I played with DX11 even though it's awful for me. Just now I reinstalled the game after deleting everything and the problem is the same, the renderer option is locked to DX11, the one that works for me is Vulkan, I literally can't play, dinamic culling and resolution kick in in town and act 1 and 2, which hasn't ever happened before. I have a i5 7600, radeon rx580 and 16gb ram.


Edit: The vulkan drivers for some reason didn't download automatically like they always do, I had to install them manually and now it works.
