please i beg you do something about this lag spike and rubberbanding

i am playing on sg where i usually get 90 ping, but ever since yesterday i am getting ping spikes, unstable ping, rubberbanding, i legit cannot play this game thats how bad lag is, i suspected it might be my connection so went on ookla and even went as far as to play 1 game of league of legends to see if my ping becomes unstable however it was smooth no lag spikes, plz man the game is unplayable i cant do anything

same I put so much effort into league prep and I cant even play the game. I tried all Eu servers and it has the same problem.
