FPS Spike.

My FPS is not consistent, and will sometimes Spike. Video to help show what I mean.

There got to be a easier way then typing that out.

Similar issue, but with more regular spikes and not as drastic. CPU and GPU Spike from low 10s to 50s when in hideout without moving. FPS drops from 100 to 20s. Dynamic resolution kicks in, and due to the constant spikes it never stops.

FPS at 100s -> CPU+GPU spike in activity -> Fps drops (to round 20 without dynamic resolution) -> Dynamic resolution kicks in (small lag at this moment) -> CPU+GPU stop spiking -> Dynamic tries to stop (lag) -> Process repletes fully with FPS lower than at the start -> Cycle progresses until unplayable

Resulting in low fps always in dynamic resolution mode, with constant lags due to it turning on/off

Also noticed that at the spike/lag moments, the an external GPU monitor show it spiking to 100% usage, from 50-60%. Temperature of both GPU and CPU are normal, (not overheating).

Upscale does not help

Was working perfectly last league 3.24 (until May), did not check how it was after the resolution scaling patch/change at the end of the league.
