Game crashes whenever i go to Lioneye's Watch

The game freezes whenever I go to lioneye's watch I have to restart the game and sometimes switching servers works. This is not ideal I don't know if this is a server issue or something on my end. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled this issue, which has never occurred during other leagues.
