95% of instance creation ends up with "Failed to create instance"

It happens both on log in(entering the game) and during change of instance in game.

It was fine before the patch yesterday(10% crashed there), but right now it's completely unplayable.

I've been trying to play for the past 90 minutes with no result (always crash)

Things I've tried and did not help:
-Changed from vulcan to DX12, DX11 and tried every combination.
-Disabled ingame sound
-Creating new character and switching to old one.
-Using "new" button on entering new instance.
-Updating graphic drivers.

I have no idea what to do. Any suggestion is welcome. I am currenly installing steam version since I am playing on a version without it.
