Infinite Load Screens

My game has infinite load screens since the previous update, especially kingsmarch, I am never able to load into. I have verified my files and also swapped from Washington server to Texas. I am on the steam client.

EDIT: reinstalled the game and now kingsmarch loads but my hideout does not.
