EU latency issues with some instances?

Three servers say ~30ms
- town: 11ms
- hideout: 12ms
- random map: latency spikes from 30-300

Some instances are just laggy..how is that even possible?
Changing server does nothing. Restarting router does nothing.
While in acts I did an instance reset which helped iirc but now in maps it's basically throwing the map away :(
Sometimes even the hideout is at a constant 200ms.

Servers tested/with issues: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris

same issue, tried all eu instances + moscow with the same result - ping looks like rng

Same shit every league.
