Tincture effects not lingering

Hello Path of Exile forums,

I come to you with a question. I am playing LS warden, and I specced into tinctures. I realized today that it seems like my tinctures are not lingering for the correct amount of time. I uploaded this short Youtube video showing how I usually play, here is the link: https://youtu.be/i18vYytpF0g

In this video I recorded how I classically play: mash my potions (or tinctures in this case) and the go to kill mob, after some, use whirling blade to reach next pack, rinse and repeat. But in here my tinctures seems to deactivate right after I use Whirling Blade, and I can't comprehend why are they not correctly lingering for their intended duration.
I play warden, as mentionned before and I have invested my points in the tinctures nodes, as you can see in this imgur link: https://imgur.com/FGaLs8I (nodes with 6 "free" manaburns, as well as deactivation past 12 manaburn stacks are correctly specced) and https://imgur.com/M48GMxv (ascendancy).

Tinctures are initiated > Lightning Strike > Whirling Blade > Tinctures buff vanishes with 5 seconds remaining. You can also see that the annimation for Trinity is not completed and yet the buff vanishes.

I can't comprehend why this is happening, I am using Whirling Blades linked with Momentum, Faster Attacks, could the momentum gem also remove tinctures ? I know it is probably something in my tree that I overlooked, but I can't put my finger on it. Any help to solve this would be more than welcome as I am missing a hefty chunk of DPS due to this interaction.

It is your life flask that is removing it, I dont know why something fucked up with colloidal passive or something like that.
