GGG please fix the loading screens that hard lock my PC.

It's been days since the league has started and still no update on the loading screens that for some reason freeze my entire PC. I've tried everything on my side, be it overclocks, cleaning up stuff in my windows, resetting cache, changing render settings, changing settings in BIOS. Everything. I wouldn't fully reinstall my Windows because I don't want to reinstall everything that I currently have in here and I know it's not an issue on my side because this freeze in loading screens only happens in PoE.

I've stress tested my pc with both softwares and games. I've tested a lot of intensive games with multiple other apps open like chrome, spotify, discord, etc... still nothing. I open up PoE, login and after a couple of minutes or more when I'm loading into a random zone my PC freezes completely.

Please tell me that the devs are at least aware of this ongoing issue be it that it affects a lot of people or only a few.

I believe we have the same issue freezing but mine freezes after you chose a character and a after a minute windows says that "pathofexile.exe" is not working.

Try changing your rendering from DirectX 11 to DirectX 12, it may solve your issue.
