Long loading times

I'm playing on a budget pc build from a few years ago, but even so the game seems extremely slow. Loading into town seems to take at least 30 seconds every time. Trading is especially difficult because sometimes my character will load instantly while i'm still stuck at the loading screen (i can still hear the game). Anyone know if there's anything i can do to speed up my game?

Specs:
Ryzen 3 3200g
radeon rx 570
ssd: teamgroup mp44 (it's the only drive i have installed).

i have same but more severe problem. Every loading screen takes at lease 3-5 mins. It's unbearable. I tried changing renders but it bring diffrent problems.
Dx11: very very low fps. Cant event move.
Vulkan: I guess its best when i compare with other renders. Long loading screens still here.
Dx12: Too long loading screens like 5-10 mins.
After the loading screens i dont have any problem. First 5-15 mins i cant see monsters.
My laptop: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.59 GHz. 8 gb Ram. NVIDIA GeForce 930M-Intel(R) HD Graphics 520. 240gb SSD.
Is it because of graphic card? It wasnt like this when i play Necropolis actually Necropolis was best.
