70FPS in hideout, 90+ with Decoration Window Open

Hi, I've been noticing some chugging in my HO.

I noticed it is smooth if I open the Decorations Tab.
Only Decoration Tab OR the Shop window perform consistently.

The red CPU line is erratic while running at 70-73fps when the Decoration Tab is closed. But smooth and stable with Decorations open.

Unequipping my MTX has no impact.
