CPU 100% and more

Hello,

After this update, my CPU has stayed near 100%. Also a lot of rubber banding and shuttering. I have googled searched and looked at the forums. Some claim that a BES program helped some but it was a few years ago. I was wondering after updates is this normal until a patch comes out? This seems to come up a lot after a big update a lot of shuttering and higher-than-normal CPU usage. I understand the game is heavy on the CPU anyway but it's higher than the normal range it was before. I am using a laptop with a Ryzen 6800H, 32 GB RAM, and rtx 3060. It's not top tier I know but I didn't have this problem before.
