Loong Loooooooong Loading Screens

Every loading screen takes at lease 3-5 mins. It's unbearable. I tried changing renders but it bring diffrent problems.
Dx11: very very low fps. Cant event move.
Vulkan: I guess its best when i compare with other renders. Long loading screens still here.
Dx12: Too long loading screens like 5-10 mins.
After the loading screens i dont have any problem. First 5-15 mins i cant see monsters. I dont see buff that guard me from monsters for 1 min after i enter new instance.
Disabled voices only NPC speaking is active.
Everything is low in settings.
If its not resetted(idk) i lowered to very low my texture quality(it doesnt look like that though).
My laptop: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.59 GHz. 8 gb Ram. NVIDIA GeForce 930M-Intel(R) HD Graphics 520. 240gb SSD.
Is it because of graphic card? It wasnt like this when i play Necropolis. Actually Necropolis was best.
