Disconnected failed to connect to instance????????????????????????????????????????

Major .i. this league again full of bugs connection problems disconects crashes etc.How do i fix perma disconnected fialed to connect to instance its random sometimes i get dced others i can play just fine + extra long waiting screens since league start.Nothing of this has happened in the 6+ years of poe not to me at least .

Its only in the league aswell on standard no problems seem to come up.
