intermittent disconnects when entering new area

Hello.

I am sometimes disconnecting from the game when entering new areas. I am unable to move my character. Ping chart just starts counting up to infinity. I am still able to interact with menus but when clicking nothing happens. My friends say I appear offline when this happens. I have to force quit the game. I am connecting to the South Africa server.
