Kirac missions broken for yellow/white maps?

I've not recieved any atlas passive points for completing mao kun, putrid cloister, lighthouse map , pit map and the coves map (ALL ran as corrupted rare) and was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? for the unique maps I have recieved the achievements in the remarkable realms challenge but haven't recieved any atlas passive points for these.



Edit: For context, I ran all of these in yellow/white maps on the kirac window so not sure if them being ran at lower tiers caused this even though the other conditions were met for map completion.
