Game crashes

my game is crashing left and right man. every 5 minutes it seems like. if i click a wp and try to fast travel it drops. go to town and it drops.

also freezes and drops while just trying to load into the game
all my driver are up to date and I've never had issues like this before with this game. very disappointing fighting these type of issues with such a great season content being available
