Pantheon soul not activating (yes I did the correct map) - Red font - info inside

Pantheon souls I collected (in the correct maps, both Summit and Coral Ruins) are in red font. I collected them on another character as well and they were fine on that one (that was my first character, the ones with the red font are on my second character) but not on this character.

Why is this happening? Is there a way to fix this?

Have you done kitava act 10 on the second character? I think they will enable after that.

Well...the way to fix it would be to follow the instructions in your screenshot, and capture the boss's soul again.

Since last league, Pantheon upgrades from capturing boss souls are no longer character specific.
But, since there are cases where you might not want the pantheon upgrades (such as using Winterweave and not wanting 50% reduced effect of chill on you), you're able to toggle them off for a character by recapturing the boss soul.
