Thaumaturgic dust lost

Today I sent a ship with 1,000. dust and I had about 100,000 in stock. I went to make some maps and when the ship arrived I wanted to send another one. When I wanted to add thaumaturgy dust it showed 0. I checked the storage again and I see that I have nothing. And just to be forewarned, I didn't improve anything, I couldn't click anything wrong because I didn't even have enough gold to spend this dust.

I had over 900,000 dust. Now I only have about 250,000...... wtf?
