Massive Network spikes leading to disconnections

Every 20 mins or so I hit a massive network spike that disconnects the game. The normal network usage is like 12-20ms but during a spike it jumps to like 5,000-7,000 ms and disconnects the game back to the home screen.

there are a lot of people with this problem. no admin answered yet? is this company joining the "i dont care what our fans say" like ea or blizzard? i think so. i am really disappointed. nobody cares about their product anymore. it is a degenarte time to live
