Frenzy Charge generation while moving is heavily bugged on Deadeye Ascendent

Even if i move uninterrupted for 3 seconds (Which is clunky as heck already) the charge generation doesn't start.

There's a weird interaction after every time you are at rest. To get your first frenzy charge, you have to move uninterrupted for ~8secs, and any subsequent charge is 3 secs (sometimes this timing varies as well +- 0.5 secs). However, if after your first frenzy charge, you stop for any reason, the next frenzy charge requires you to move uninterrupted for another ~8secs.

Pretty sure this is not intended.

Separately, I really hope GGG changes/improves the uninterrupted thing. This is beyond useless for Ascendent atm compared to the Ranger Deadeye (still bad, but at least its 1 sec not 3 or 8 secs...

Seeing exactly the same thing, it's unreliable and kind've awful. There are very few points at which you are ever moving uninterrupted for that long - how about every three seconds if moving at that time gain a charge?

My assumption is that the "every 3 seconds" periods are running constantly such that if you start running right after a check there isn't another check for 3 seconds at which point you must then continue running for another 3 seconds (no loot pickup, no skills, no doors, no chests, nothing) to gain a single charge. It's extremely awful.

also playing a deadeye and as you mentioned, this ascendancy doesn't work properly. I'd go insane if I had to rely on this to generate charges, it simply doesn't work unless you walk straight for like 5 seconds. just one of the things GGG didn't care about testing, just another L of the league
