Smelting Bug. Smelting bars without worker

I have been trying to save up Verisium Ore in order to upgrade my town. So to keep it from smelting i removed the smelter for that ore. But after I log out for the night and come back, All the ore types are mined and smelted down to include the Verisium ore. My friend is also having the same thing happen to him. Can we get this patched please.

Well that sucks. is there a way to block them from smelting ores i need? or do i have to completely shut down my smelting process.
