Poe.ninja wont show my character for 2 leagues now

hi,

so, last league after 1 week poe.ninja stopped showing my character, and it seems to be happening again this league.

stuff i considered:

1. checked my level was higher than the lowest a day before (took another day as leeway to count for desync in updates).

2. my account is public.

3. tried to check last league through delve depth and that did not work as well (was like over 100 depth than the minimum players)

4. checked on P.O.B that i can fetch my character fine.

5. contacted GGG support, but they said they are understaffed so they don't support through the email for the time being.


i am a bit confused on to why it is happening, and thought maybe someone here will know, or have faced a similar issue.

Can't see your settlers trickster either. Do see you on POB, not sure why that would be. Have you looked through the privacy settings? Is there anything in there that might block ninja and not POB?

Maybe your account is public but characters are hidden? There is a box on the privacy tab that says "Hide characters tab", do you have that ticked?

nope, the only things ticked were hide private league, inventory showcase and badges.

I unchecked the just in case, won't hurt to try.

it is odd that you can't see my current char, like I thought, something is causing an issue in fetching.

Yeah no worries. This is above my technical knowledge. Maybe it's possible to get in contact with someone related to the website and not directly working for GGG. I don't know how the umbrella of all these applications work, but they might have more time on their hands to investigate.
