Solar Knight back attachment

Hello guys!

so i been using the solar knight back attachment and its supposed to grow the glowing sun on your back when you kill monsters. last league it worked fine but this league it doesnt seem to work anymore at all. i wonder why. is it just me? are others having the same issue?
