Stuck on a mission "Lost in love"

I'm stuck on "kill Clarissa's guards". It says for me to kill them and rescue her but I can't kill them because I've killed them before starting this quest and they're not respawning and I can't interact with her, she's just sitting on the ground. What do I do?
