Aggravated bleed question

Hello,

If i will use bladestorm and this skill will aply aggravate with passive 10% chance in one of many hits, then other skill like eviscerate used will be count also as aggravated becuse enemy already have aggravated? Or eviscerate that used will not get this 10% chance for aggravated but dealing alot higher damage will delete aggravated from enemy and just deal normal bleed damage?

You aren't Aggravating the enemy, you're Aggravating the Bleeds on the enemy.

Yes, Bladestorm can Aggravate Bleeds inflicted by other skills.
No, Aggravating Bleeds on the enemy will not cause future Bleeds inflicted on that enemy to be Aggravated. It will only Aggravate Bleeds already on the enemy.

So, for a long fight, you cannot prime the enemy with Bladestorm at the start, and then just use Eviscerate for the rest of the fight. You would want to keep up Bladestorm while using Eviscerate, so that any Bleeding you inflict with Eviscerate can be Aggravated using the high hit rate of Bladestorm.
