Didn't get bandit buff???

Helped Kraityn for movement speed buff and killed other bandits. Quest log says abandoned helped one of the bandits but don't see the MS speed increase and not showing under /passives. Any ideas?

"Help" doesn't really have an effect until you've killed the other two bandits. What's important are the pieces of the quest item that each bandit drops.

Once you have Alira's and Oak's drops, take them to Kraityn and select "Help". You'll receive the movespeed boost and the quest item used later.

I done that and got the apex item from Kraityn. Pushing end of Act 3 and noticed it when I took off my boots with movement speed that the number didn't align with buff reward. Tried to find info online about it but haven't seen anything related to my issue.

Can't see character on profile. What is you total movement speed without boots? 0%? Are you using shield and chest armour? Could be cancelling out 8%, take them off and see what the value is, does it go negative?

Don't know what this means, but if you have received apex you should of received buff.

I think that answered it!! I took armor and shield off and setting @ 13%. I Didn't know this was the case. Assumed I didn't receive since MS was 5% removing boots and things I read stated it should be listed under /passives.

Yeah no worries, these movement speed penalties are hidden, I don't know why exactly. Also, they have different values for various chest amours. It's why you might see speed runners running around putting chest piece on or off. There's a node on the tree, "Art of the Gladiator", that negates it. Pretty confusing for sure if you don't know about it.
