Crazy Latency spikes with 3.25 Launch

My room is on the opposite side of my house from my router (parents' house, Xfinity) so my connection is never 100% rock solid. However, I've felt a noted worsening in latency the past few days with 3.25's release. It feels like every 10-30 seconds I'll have a lag spike of at least 2 seconds, which never used to happen before. I used to average ~20-30 ms... now, I still get that latency about half of the time, but my average is probably closer to 150 ms because it's so skewed. It's gotten so bad that I can hardly play, as I'm frequently booted to the login screen due to disconnection. It's not normally this bad, and it's never been this bad with other games. I've done all of the suggested fixes for this type of connection issue to no avail. Also, my parents have checked the Wi-Fi on their laptops from my bedroom and have had no issues of note. I'm not sure what can or should be done, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

System specs are: 7900 XTX, 5900x, 64GB memory, 850 watt PSU, Windows 11.

EDIT: If it helps, connecting to Moscow seemed to alleviate the problem. Note that I live in the Midwestern United States and was previously connected to the Washington D.C. server, and therefore my ping is ~150-200 while connected to Moscow, so this is obviously less than ideal.

EDIT #2: Nevermind. The problem seems to last for slightly less time, but it's hard to tell given the already high ping.

The problem persists and it has been reoccuring. Servers have been kicking players at the beginning of the campain for years now. Imagine being excited, waiting weeks to play, and all that joy and excitement being deleted by being kicked straight at the end of the queue, to wait 10-15 minutes again. Than it has been almost a week from the league start and every server (at least EU) has been spiking and rubber banding. It's hard to understand for me. A company that has 100+ mils net worth, can't solve such an easy problem?
