Lacerate does not hit an enemy in front off my character nor between both slashes

Hello, im having issue with Lacerate skill gem, not hitting an enemy in front off my character nor between both slashes. Im using Resolute Technicue key stone and it still feels off.

I can confirm: even with Resolute Tecnique, Lacerate is still missing mobs.
It's frustrating! |

Since today it's happening to Ground Slam of Earthshaking as well.

Still occurring in 2025. Lacerate just doesn't hit mobs in front of your character for no reason. Either the skill is bugged or Resolute Technique is bugged.
