Questions about orders of operation

Hello,
This may or may not belong here, if it doesn't please move it but due to the nature of these questions I am inclined to post here.

1.
If heartbound loop triggers a low level CWDT setup which, through scold's bridle specifically, deals enough damage to trigger another, higher, CWDT setup. Does all of that happen in the same tick?


2.
If I went for that setup and in a single tick spent more mana than my total available pool but have enough regen. Would that work or would it stop because the game considers me out of mana at some point?

An example of what I mean:
Available mana: 100
Mana cost of spells: 100
Recovery (specifically recoup): 1.000 per tick

Could I cast 10 of these spells in a single server tick or just one?
