Losing crew mates constantly... Annoyed

Currently I have been playing this league with about 5 friends. I am super confused out of the whole group I am the only one constantly losing crew members it doesnt make sense. None of my shipments have risk etc...Was funny but also very annoyed as my friends haven't even had any problems except pirate commandeered once.
I dont get it!
x3 One of my crew decided to stay at port and start a new life.
x2 Pirates commandeered my ship, happened a little after i made post.. RIP
x1 a crew member was killed in a tavern brawl
x1 a stormed knocked a crew member overboard...

As I am mapping, seems I cannot catch a break....
