My character got disappeared

I was playing normally in the Kalguur League. After that, I closed the game and wanted to sleep when I woke up. When I opened the game, I found that my character didn't exist anymore on the Kalguur server or standard. I have asked some people, and they told me that maybe I played Valdo's maps, but I can't even do map T14, so how can I get so far like that? 
All I am asking is: I just want to know what happened to the character, if it was a bug or my mistake.
I am not asking to restore the character; I just want to know what happened, please.
