ruthless support inconsistensies, not working sometime

Greetings,

After playing around with ruthless support, a support that should in theory work very well with a ignite based melee character, ive found that i just feel that it doesnt work some of the time

i tested ruthless support by killing rhys of abram quite a few times

its visually clear to me that there are some moments where the ruthless strikes either doesnt work at all, sometimes the stun doesnt apply, sometimes the double damage doesnt proc, or sometimes the double ignite damage is just clearly not present

i dont know if i am too capable of making any more extensive testing, seeing as i am not overly experienced. also as a player i lack any backend tools
