Scarab of Wisps and Azmeri Wildwood

Do Scarab of Wisps and Azmeri Wildwood Wisps stack?

First is applied scarab, that empowers some of monsters by 2000 wisps. If in map I find Azmeri Wildwood and lets say get 3000 of each color. Will those 3000 go on top of scarabs 2000, or they dont stack and applies only to the ones without wisps, or do they replace?
